*Due to SHIPPING and CUSTOMS costs on international orders, we do not have a RETURN or EXCHANGE policy. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Return and cancellation process for packages that have been shipped cannot be completed.

Due to restrictions and new rules, packages sent abroad may be subject to customs according to the laws of the country ordered from. In this case, customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.

Important Notice to US Customers
Effective August 7, 2025, a 15% Additional Reciprocal Tariff applies to all goods purchased outside the US by US customers. These tariffs, announced by the Donald J. Trump Administration on July 31, 2025, are enforced and collected by US Customs via DHL Express under government authority.
Modazehrada ships globally but cannot waive these tariffs, which may also delay delivery. These charges stem from your government’s directive, not from us.
