Useful Information About International Orders

 

Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is completed. This period may be longer for custom-designed products. You can find detailed information in the product description.

In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risks and hazards, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, earthquakes, and fires, as well as situations caused by the buyer (not being at the address, absence of authorized recipient, buyer having moved from the address, etc.), delivery times and conditions may vary.

If no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company representative will leave you a notice containing the cargo company’s phone number. The cargo company will not revisit the address where the notice was left; in this case, the customer must pick up the cargo from the branch.

When your order is delivered, you should open your package in the presence of the cargo officer and check the product. This is especially important for packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or wet. In case of an unexpected situation or if you encounter a defective product, you must refuse to accept the package and have the cargo officer prepare a report so that the cargo company returns it to us.

If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to a person at the delivery address after checking their photo ID and obtaining their signature.

*Dear customers, if you have chosen Wire Transfer/EFT as your payment method, our customer representatives will contact you via WhatsApp or E-Mail to assist you with your payment.

*Orders for which payment is not made within 2 days will be canceled. If you have made your payment, you need to send us your receipt. You can send your receipt via WhatsApp, our Support line, or email. This will help speed up your order process, thank you.


*Due to SHIPPING and CUSTOMS costs on international orders, we do not have a RETURN or EXCHANGE policy. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

*For remote and high-risk addresses determined by DHL Express cargo company, additional shipping fees may be charged later. In such cases, customers will be informed before shipment and additional shipping fees will be requested. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a pleasant shopping experience.


Customs and Import Tax

Due to restrictions and new regulations, packages sent abroad may be subject to customs according to the laws of the country where the order is placed. In this case, customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.

Customs and import taxes are between you and the laws of the country you ordered from. If you do not pay the customs fees, the return of your package is not possible, and our company has no responsibility in this matter.

 

Important Announcement for Our US Customers
The Donald J. Trump administration announced the “Additional Reciprocal Tariffs” policy with the Presidential Order dated July 31, 2025, which came into effect on August 7, 2025.

According to this regulation, all goods purchased by US citizens from abroad will be subject to an additional tariff of 15% by the US Customs Administration.

All procedures related to tariff collection and enforcement will be carried out through DHL Express authorized by the US Government.

At Modazehrada, we provide delivery services to approximately 128 different countries. Unfortunately, as a global institution, we do not have the means to eliminate these additional tariffs; therefore, we must comply with this obligation. Please remember that the party requesting customs duties is not Modazehrada but the US Government’s new Customs Directive.

We also want to emphasize that delivery times may be extended due to the implementation of new regulations by the relevant cargo companies.
