1. Do I need to create an account to shop from you?

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not have a RETURN or EXCHANGE policy for international orders due to HIGH SHIPPING and CUSTOMS costs. You are kindly requested to take this into consideration when placing your order.

Refunds and cancellations cannot be made for your orders that have been shipped out.

 

8. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

If you have a discount code defined, there is a special input field on the payment page where you can use this code.

9. How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order in the "My Account" section.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

The transportation of the cargo depends on the country you are in and our cargo/transportation services. Usually shipments take 3-5 business days to European Country, 3-7 business days to USA and Canada, and 7-10 business days to the rest of the world.

11. TAX, CUSTOMS AND TARIFF etc. Do I have to pay?

Taxes, customs and tariffs are imposed in accordance with the laws of the country you are in. This situation is between you and the laws of your country, our company has no responsibility.

14. Can I iron my evening dress?

Preferably, a steam tailor's iron is recommended, but if you can do it at home, it is recommended to use the lowest heat setting for the iron. In addition, when ironing on the fabric, it would be a good choice to place an ironing cloth or a clean white fabric in between instead of direct contact with the iron. Hanging the dress is one of the best methods for storing it.

15. How can I clean my evening dress?

We recommend dry cleaning for the cleaning of our evening dresses.
