Useful Information About International Orders
Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is completed. This period may be longer for custom-designed products. You can find detailed information in the product description.
In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risks and hazards, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, earthquakes, and fires, as well as situations caused by the recipient (not being at the address, absence of an authorized person to receive, recipient having moved from the address, etc.), delivery times and conditions may vary.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will leave you a notice containing the cargo company's phone number. The cargo will not be revisited at the address where the notice was left; in this case, the customer must pick up the cargo from the branch.
When your order is delivered, you should open your package in the presence of the cargo officer and check the product. It is especially important to do this for crushed, torn, opened, or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a defective product, you must not accept the package and have the cargo officer prepare a report to ensure the cargo company returns it to us.
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking their photo ID and obtaining their signature.

Customs and Import Tax
Due to restrictions and new rules, packages sent abroad may be subject to customs according to the laws of the country where the order was placed. In this case, customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.
Customs and import tax are between the laws of the country you ordered from and you. If you do not pay the customs fees, it is not possible to return your package, and our company has no responsibility in this matter.
Important Notice to our US Customers
As you have certainly heard, the Donald J. Trump Administration announced Additional Reciprocal Tariffs on July 31, 2025. These came into effect on August 7, 2025.
With these Additional Reciprocal Tariff Regulations, all goods purchased by US customers outside the US will automatically be subject to 15% Extra Tariffs by the US Customs Authorities.
The collection, enforcement, and all other measures are regulated exclusively by the US Authorities, such as the collection of Tariffs by DHL Express, which was commissioned by the US Government.
We at Modazehrada deliver to our customers in approximately 128 different countries.
Unfortunately, we have no means of counteracting these Additional Tariffs. Since we operate a global business, we are obligated to comply with these Tariffs imposed by the Donald J. Trump Administration.
Please note that it is not us, Modazehrada, who are demanding these customs duties from you, but your own Government, with the new Donald J. Trump Administration's Customs Directive.
Please also note that this may also extend delivery times in certain cases, as the respective freight companies must implement the new customs regulations.
