Due to SHIPPING and CUSTOMS costs in international orders, our RETURN and EXCHANGE policy does not exist. Please kindly consider this when placing your order.

For products specially designed and prepared according to customer measurements, cancellation, return, or exchange is not possible once the sewing process has started.

We kindly ask you to carefully check all measurements and design details before placing your order.

Return and cancellation processes cannot be carried out for packages that have been shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE

* Important: within 2 days unpaid orders are invalid is performed. The processing date of money transfer/EFT orders is not the date the order is placed, but the date when the payment is seen to reach our bank accounts.

* After placing your order, you must send your order total amount to the IBAN number of our bank account you have chosen below.

* Please indicate your name, surname and order number completely and accurately in the description section of your money transfer/EFT transaction.

* After your money transfer/EFT payment is transferred to our account, your order is processed within 1 day and your order status is updated as "Order Received".

Your orders will be handed over to DHL EXPRESS COURIER within 24 hours after payment is completed. This period may be longer for custom-designed products. You can find detailed information in the product description.
